Sanjeev Malhotra CEO, COE – IoT, NASSCOM

Sanjeev comes with broad industry experience having worked in different domains of technology. He has set up and led many MNC development centers and operations in India as well as US. He has worked in Intel as Pentium designer and later in Qualcomm and few other small size companies in Communications and Web technologies and last few years in IOT and is currently driving innovation ecosystem with startups and corporates at CoE-IoT focusing on emerging technologies. He holds an MBA from Duke University, MS and B.Tech

He likes dabbling in different technologies and working closely with the startups both on technology and business side.

Tulika Pandey Head, DigiGaon Program, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), GoI

Ms. Tulika Pandey, Director, National eGovernance Division, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, is an Electronics and Communications Engineer, working with the Government of India since 1992. She has been involved in implementation strategy and action plan formulations for wider reach of ICT facilitated benefits; Integration of appropriate technology interfaces between human and cyber world; Steering of Research and Development projects for development of contextual ICT technology, tool, applications and content. She has traversed through the path of Microelectronics development, E-Learning, Technology Development for Indian Languages, Digital Libraries, E-Infrastructure, Internet Governance and Convergence, Communications & Broadband Technologies. She has been harnessing the technologies of Internet of Things (IoT), IPv6 and convergence of Cognitive Radio Frequency with Internet for enhancing ubiquitous technology interventions in human life with minimal trespassing of security and privacy in her 26 year stint with the Government of India. As leader of Digital Transformation initiatives, Lux and his team drive the Digital Transformation (DT) agenda for Cisco and help customers define their digital journey and chart out the Transformation Roadmap across various verticals such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Smart Cities etc. Cisco is well positioned to lead the charge in digitally enabling organizations across sectors and industries. Prior to joining Cisco, Lux was the CTO for Enterprise Business and leader for HPE Future Cities initiatives. Ashutosh is currently responsible for the Government Relations , Policy and Regulatory affairs at Microsoft India. In his role, he works closely with key audiences in the Government, Academia, Industry as well as Multilaterals.

In his career spanning 30 years, Ashutosh has worked at Wipro Ltd, Intel India, Shell India Pvt Ltd, NIIT and the National Dairy Development Board. Sunil David Regional Director - IoT − India & ASEAN, AT&T Global Network Services India Pvt Ltd, India

Sunil David has 23 years of experience in the IT and Telecom industry. Sunil is currently the Regional Director ( IOT ) for AT&T India based in Chennai. . Sunil is responsible for building and executing the IOT strategy for the India and the ASEAN regions , working on building a partner ecosystem for AT&T in the area of IOT devices, platforms and applications and on working on a number of Marketing initiatives to help build the AT&T brand in the IOT space.

Apart from his responsibilities with AT&T , Sunil is part of the FICCI TN Tech Panel that is working towards evangelizing the use of Digital technologies within multiple industry verticals within TN. Sunil is also part of the CII TN Manufacturing panel working on initiatives around trying to get manufacturing companies in TN to be Industry 4.0 compliant. Sunil has been recently inducted into the IET IOT India panel , Telecom Working Group whose charter is multifold - to work with Academia to promote IOT and have curriculum that covers IOT, liaise with Govt bodies to create IOT awareness and support in policy creation , gather and mentor startups in the IOT space and participate in local conferences where relevance of IOT can be presented and awareness created.

Sunil is also in the Advisory board of a Start up based in Chennai that is focused on Skills development and Cyber security training and consulting.

Sunil is also part of the NASSCOM Diversity and Inclusion Council, Chennai chapter working on various initiatives to bring a greater awareness among Corporate India to build an Inclusive and Diverse workforce.

Sunil had a brief stint with Telstra from Nov 2015 to Dec 2016 for a little over a year as their Country Sales Director responsible to grow the Enterprise business in India . Sunil was also part of the Telstra Senior leadership team. Prior to joining Telstra , Sunil had his first stint with AT&T Global Network Services India for 14 years. In his last role with AT&T as their Regional Sales Head for part of the Southern region based out of Chennai , his region grew to be the largest revenue contributors for AT&T India in the Enterprise Segment.

Sunil had earlier worked with Polaris Software , Telstra V-Comm and CMS Computers in Sales and Marketing roles.

Sunil has a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and a Master’s Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management studies , Pune. He is currently based out of Chennai and lives with his wife and his son.

Sunil has spoken at a number of industry forums in the past including the Industrial IOT Congress organized by Entraine in Mumbai in April 2016, spoke at the Indo Australian Chamber of Commerce IT Summit in Sep 2016 , Invited to be part of a Leadership roundtable discussion at the Telecom Leadership Forum organized by Cyber Media in Delhi in Dec 2016 (shared his views on Digital Transformation).

Dhaval is a serial entrepreneur with 11 years of experience in marketing, brand communication and e-commerce. In his longstanding career, he has led digital initiatives for brands such as Amazon, Bajaj, Axis Bank to name a few. Dr. Jaijit Bhattacharya is a noted Governance Transformation expert and Partner at the International Consulting firm, KPMG. He is also Adjunct Professor at IIT Delhi. He is President of Centre for Digital Economy Policy Research. He is also member of Governing Senate of IIIT Raipur, Member of Expert Committee for Ease of Doing Business legislation of Government of India, co-chair of Expert Committee on Skill Development for Deity, Government of India and Convener for Economic Standards for Smart Cities, BIS, and Government of India. He also led KPMG’s contribution to the report on Ranking of States on Ease of Doing Business by DIPP and creation of Smart City plan for New Delhi. Rajat Malhotra is the Chief Operating Officer for IFM; West Asia. Rajat oversees business infrastructure functions and leads the SME platform that supports core IFM operations. These functions are JLL’s best practice platforms such as Engineering & Operations Solutions (EOS), Energy & Sustainability Services (ESS), Supply Chain Management & Procurement, Transition, Compliance, Risk Management & Technology. Rajat brings along over 25 years of experience in maintenance management, engineering & sustainability. He has worked in the submarine arm of the Navy and in the course of his career, been the chief engineer for 3 different classes of submarines. He holds a Masters degree in Nuclear Technology and has been with JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management Business for over 7 years. He has led a number of business excellence, sustainability, risk management, technology and productivity projects in FM that have brought in significant value to clients in their Real Estate Operations. He has also spearheaded a number of engineering consulting projects involving critical engineering design reviews, energy optimization, risk assessments and test & commissioning.

Rajat is a member of the Executive Committee of IGBC and works closely with them to provide the necessary impetus to the Green Building Movement in India. He Chairs the Advisory Board of Economic Times’ Global Green Summit and is well known in Building Engineering, Safety and Sustainability Industrial Forums.
